ANGLO AMERICAN REAL PROPERTY INSTITUTE
These Terms of Use apply to the website at
www.anglo-americanrpi.com (the "Website"), which is owned and
operated by the Anglo American Real Property Institute ("AARPI").
By visiting the Website or making use of any of the services or
information offered on the Website the user expressly agrees to be
bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. All material included in the Website is intended for
information purposes only. Users are hereby placed under notice
that they should take appropriate precautions to verify the
accuracy and completeness of such information.
2. The user agrees that material downloaded or otherwise
accessed through the Website is obtained entirely at the user's own
risk and that the user will be entirely responsible for any
resulting damage to software or computer systems and/or any
resulting loss of data even if AARPI has been advised of the
possibility of such damage.
3. AARPI expressly disclaims all liability for any direct,
indirect or consequential loss or damage occasioned from the use of
or inability to use the Website (other than where the negligence of
AARPI gives rise to personal injury or death) whether directly or
indirectly resulting from any inaccuracies, defects, errors,
whether typographical or otherwise, omissions, out of date
information or otherwise.
4. AARPI makes no representations or warranties whatsoever as to
the completeness or accuracy of the information contained in the
Website. Due to the nature of electronic distribution via the
internet, no warranties are given and no representations are made
in respect of the Website by AARPI. The Website is provided on an
"as is", "with all faults" and "as available" basis.
5. AARPI makes no representation that the Website is free from
infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or
destructive properties.
6. The user agrees that, to the extent the user places or
displays any content of any medium on the Website, the user grants
to AARPI a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, irrevocable,
licence to reproduce, transmit and otherwise use and exploit such
content, and the user warrants that the exercise of this licence
will not violate the intellectual property rights of any third
party.
7. The user agrees not to use the Website for any act of
electronic sabotage, the proliferation or dissemination of any
virus or other computer code intended to disrupt or corrupt other
computer systems or data stored thereon, or for the conduct of any
activity that is illegal.
8. The Website contains links to other World Wide Web sites
provided by third parties (referred to here as "Third Party
Sites"), either directly or through frames (i.e. material which is
taken from a Third Party Site but which is shown as though it is
part of the Website). Where possible, AARPI will make it clear
where such links are being made. AARPI are not responsible for the
availability or content of Third Party Sites and (unless expressly
provided on the Website) shall not be a party to, or in any way
responsible for, any transaction concerning goods or services
available from such Third Party Sites.
9. Links to Third Party Sites contained on the Website do not
imply endorsement of those Third Party Sites by AARPI.
10. In relation to any dispute arising out of use of the Website
the user and the AARPI agree to submit exclusively to the
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. AARPI's omission
to exercise any right under these Terms of Use shall not constitute
a waiver of such right unless expressly accepted by AARPI in

information contained in the Website. B. Users may use the content
of the Website only for their personal, non-commercial use and must
acknowledge the copyright owner. C. Subject to paragraph B above

the information contained therein or reproduction or incorporation
of any part of it in any other work or publication whether paper or
electronic media or any other form is expressly prohibited.
